We have all seen and read the stories about attacks on our children in a place where they should be able to consider safe, their school.  The Crime Prevention Association is excited to provide a financial support system for this county wide project.  Through the BOOT campaign, we will provide extra time for our children, teachers and staff in our schools to stay safe until law enforcement can arrive to help in the event of an active shooter situation.  There are 1,899 doors to cover in our county and city, for a total cost of $425,000 for this project.  We are working closely with school PTO's with fundraisers, community leaders to help spread the word and corporate sponsors.  Please consider donating to this campaign, either through your school PTO, online donation or by sending a check to : Crime Prevention Association, 200 W.
